What you see when you Login

Here is a preview of what you see when you login to your account on the website.

MEMBER LOGIN - MYSITE

When you log in, you will have access to your account details and membership information, along with the ability to view your activity history in events, stored payments, store transactions, directory listings, and other module-specific details.

Account

Here, you can review and edit your account details, and view any documents from the document library.

Security

You will see a security tab that displays your login history and whether 2FA is enabled. In the recent logins section, you should see a list or log of your most recent login activities.

Memberships

In this area, you can view your account details and see current memberships.

The account details can be edited by clicking on the edit icon next to the field you wishes to update.

You can view your membership card, and current membership details, by clicking on the drop-down arrow on their current membership(s). In this area, you can also see, and edit all of the details from their membership sign-up form. You can also manage any secondary members. 

You can also download your Membership Certificates if available.

To edit any details in the Membership Application form, click on the "View Membership Details" button. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click "Edit".  After you have made the required changes, click on the Save button in the bottom right of the screen. 
 

 

Payments

In the Payments Tab, you can view or update your card information for membership subscriptions and other payments. You are also given the option to store your details with every transaction and are required to save them for all auto-renewing products. 

 

Note: Member Jungle system does not ever store any credit card details however instead stores a token that is sent through the payment gateway, ensuring your member's payment details are always secure.

You can conveniently access and view ALL of their payments made through the website in this tab. Here, you will find a detailed list of all your payments, including order ID, dates, Items, amounts, and associated information.

Emails

This tab serves as a convenient gateway to access and view all the emails you receive from the club. Make use of the filter feature to easily search for specific emails. Additionally, on the right-hand side of their screen, you will find the option to unsubscribe from various modules. Please see here for more details: Unsubscribe Email

Events

Here, you can view the events that you have registered for or bought tickets in.

If you have no past event orders, they are shown a list of upcoming events that you may be interested in.

Listings

If you have access to load and maintain your own directory listing, it will be displayed in this tab. You can view and edit your listing from this area.

Forums

This module, which was once in active service, has now been officially retired. However, despite its retirement, there may still be instances where it continues to make appearances. 

CPD

You can view your own CPD logs, add additional items, and download a PDF report. To learn more about CPD, visit the CPD Module page.

Courses

Here, you can access the course content, including downloading your certificates and viewing your invoices.
