How do Members Renew Online?

How you can renew your membership with your club/association if they use Member Jungle.

In this article:

When your membership is due to expiry and ready for renewal will see a button display in the membership area and on the mobile app to Renew your Membership.

Renewal Reminders

You will likely also receive a renewal reminder notice like the one below that is automatically sent to you by your membership organisation.

Reminder Email

In the email it will often include a link to renew your membership. You can click this link to be automatically forwarded directly to the login area of your club website. Please be aware of clicking on links in emails and make sure that the email is being sent directly from your organisation's email address or donotreply@memberjungle.com. Alternatively you can navigate directly to the club website which also should be available in the footer and follow the prompts to login.

 

Renewing via the Website

If you navigate to the website and login then navigate to the Memberships Tab and see theRenew Now button displayed under your membership card. You will see if your membership has expired it will be displayed in red (as shown below).

When you click Renew you will be taken to a pop-up that displays all of the products available with the membership level and a star next to the product you currently have.

Select the product you wish to renew with and you will taken to the membership form.  Here you can update your membership details, and complete the renewal application process.

After clicking submit, you will be offered any Online Store products that are on offer from your membership organisation and then asked to select your preferred payment option, and complete checkout process.

Depending on the organisations approval process, you will

1. automatically be approved as a member and receive a welcome screen or 

 2. be advised your membership will now require administrator approval.

 

Renewal Pending

You should receive an email to confirm your pending status or a welcome email with all your membership details straight away.

Renewing Via The Mobile App

Renewing via the mobile app is the same process to renewing on the website. 

If you login to the app and your membership is due for renewal you will see a "Renew Today" reminder at the top of the dashboard. 

Clicking on the membership button below this reminder will take you directly to the membership form to renew your membership. You will the follow the process above of selecting a product, updating details in your membeship form and checking out. You may also be offered any products that your organisation has for sale through-out the cart process.

As on the website, it will be dependant on the membership settings if you are instantly approved or sent to pending, but you should receive an email confirmation either way.

Membership Invoices and Membership Cards

Once you are approved as a member you will be emailed an invoice and your membership card with your welcome email.

You will also have access to view and download all of their past membership invoices in the members administration area.

The membership card is available to you both on the mobile app, and in the members administration area.
