How do Members Renew Online?

How you can renew your membership with your club/association if they use Member Jungle.

When your membership is due to expiry and ready for renewal will see a button display in the membership area and on the mobile app to Renew your Membership.

Renewal Reminders

You will likely also receive a renewal reminder notice like the one below that is automatically sent to you by your membership organisation.

Reminder Email

In the email it will often include a link to renew your membership. You can click this link to be automatically forwarded directly to the login area of your club website. Please be aware of clicking on links in emails and make sure that the email is being sent directly from your organisation's email address or donotreply@memberjungle.com. Alternatively you can navigate directly to the club website which also should be available in the footer and follow the prompts to login.

 

Renewing via the Website

To renew, click the 'renew' button located at the upper right corner of your organisation site or you can use the link that was sent to you for renewal.


This is the page you will see after logging in. It displays all the membership levels and products you are currently enrolled in. To renew, simply need to click the Renew button located at the top section of the membership you’d like to renew.

Clicking the Renew button will open a pop-up displaying the membership products under that level. You will then need to select the product they wish to renew.

Once selected, the membership form will appear. You have the option to review your details and make any necessary changes before proceeding.

On clicking submit, you have the option to purchase an online store items that are linked to your membership level, and then you need to select your preferred payment option, and proceed through the checkout process.

You have the option to apply a discount—simply enter the coupon code and click the plus (+) icon to apply it, if available.

Once the discount coupon is applied, this is the page that will be displayed.

 

Depending on how your admins set up the system, you’ll receive an email related to your renewal. If you have any further questions, please contact your admin directly.

 

Renewing Via The Mobile App

Renewing via the mobile app is the same process as renewing on the website. 

When you log into the mobile app, you will see a 'Renew Now' button at the top of the dashboard.

Once the 'Renew Now' button is clicked, you will be redirected to the membership product. After selecting the product, you will be taken to the membership form, where you can review your details and make any necessary changes.

Once the 'Submit' button is clicked, you will be redirected to the payment stage.

As on the website, it will be dependant on the membership settings if you are instantly approved or sent to pending, but you should receive an email confirmation either way.

Membership Invoices and Membership Cards

Once you are approved as a member you will be emailed an invoice and your membership card with your welcome email.

You will also have access to view and download all of their past membership invoices in the members administration area.

The membership card is available to you both on the mobile app, and in the members administration area.

Invoice
