How to Login
Navigate to the Login Page, where you will be required to enter a username on the initial screen. If you don't know or have forgotten your login details you can click on the "Forgot My Username" or "Forgot my Password" links below.
How to Login with Easy Login turned on
Navigate to the Login Page, where you will be required to enter a username on the initial screen. If you don't know or have forgotten your username you can click on the "Forgot My Username" link below.
Recognising Email Addresses
If you enter an email address that is linked to your account but is not your username, the system will show that it's not an email address, but email the linked usernames to you by email.
If you clicks "Send Username to ......" The email will be sent to you with the relevant usernames. Sometimes we have numerous family members using the same email address.
Once you have your login details, enter your username and click next.
Usernames are created as part of the sign up process, or you will be emailed your username when your membership organisation joins Member Jungle. You'll be given the option to have the username sent to your email address (please note this isn't a username reset), or you can choose to start the process over.
Note : Email address can be used as a username, however, many clubs have multiple family members using the same email address, so this is not always an option.
Note: Captcha is likely to be activated before password entry in several scenarios including:
- frequent logging in and out,
- use of Incognito windows, or
- encountering failed login attempts.
Activation may also occur if a user isn't signed into Google or fails the initial CAPTCHA test. It's important to note that Google controls CAPTCHA functionality, meaning Member Jungle cannot influence whether you pass or fail the CAPTCHA, nor can we dictate the images displayed.
Forgotten Username or Passwords
You have two options if you can't login, you can ask to receive your username by completing your First Name, Last Name and email (as shown below). If you enter the details that correctly match an account, your username will be emailed through to you.
Once you have your username you can use it to retrieve your password, which will be emailed through to you.
Password or Forgotten Passwords - with Easy Login
If your membership organisation has the setting turned you, you will be able to login to select the 'Login With One-Time Passcode', the system will send you a 6-digit number that will expire within one hour.
Some systems also have an SMS option for the one time passcode.
