How can I update my details

You can update any of your details when you log in to your membership account, you can also update your demographic details via the mobile app. 

When logged in, click my memberships.

The easiest way to edit your demographic information is via the membership's tab, you can see that there is an edit icon next to all available fields. Some fields i.e. Name or Email may be locked down by your organisation and you will need to contact them to make changes. 

If you wish to edit details that are in your membership form, please click on the "View Membership Details" button below your membership card. 

Click on the "EDIT" button on the bottom right of the form to edit the membership fields.
