Yes, you have a number of options relating to member discounts.
- You can offer a percentage or dollar value discount for members based on their membership level or a membership tag.
- You can also lock down specific tickets to be member only
- Or you can lock the entire event down to be only visible to your members.
Yes absolutely, the Event Management system enables you to manage check-ins via the website or via the app. Anyone with the right access can scan an event ticket or members card to mark them as attending when they arrive. Attendance reports are also available in the administration area after the event and can be used to issue automated Event Certificates if required.
Yes, we have the option to have recurring events with the Member Jungle Event Management module. Simply select how often you would like the event to occur and what day, and it will create all the events in the series for you. You can also make changes to the recurring event series individually or as a group.
With the Event Management Module you can
- Simply promote an event.
- Take registrations where people just tell you they are coming and how many guests.
- And also sell tickets and take payments online.
Event registration and ticket purchase is available to the public (depending on the event restrictions) on the website and available to members from the website or easily completed via the mobile app.
There is a built in Email tool that allows you to easily schedule emails directly from the event and choose who you wish to send to. These emails can include
- Promotion to Members before the event
- Reminder to members who have not registered
- Email to all registered attendees with event information prior to the event
- Follow-up survey to all people who were marked as attended and more.
Events that are added to the website are instantly updated on the mobile app with the option to send a push notification directly to members phones. Events can also be promoted via automated event emails or via SMS messages sent via the system (available only in certain countries). You can also promote your events on the website via your normal membership organisation channels like social media etc. using a website link.
