We have had feedback and feature suggestions from you, our valued clients, asking for additional reporting. You have told us what would be most useful from an administrators perspective, and we have taken it all on board.

We have now released several new reporting widgets to all of our subscribers, which we hope will make managing your members even easier! Look for the NEW icon next to the widgets and add them to your dashboard.

Know where your members are located

See where your members are located with the new Member Region Breakdown widget. You can edit the settings to:

• display in various charts, graphs, lists or maps
• narrow down your region to city or postcode, or broaden your search breakdown to state or even country!

This exciting new reporting widget has lots of functionality all in one widget! It  gives you the ability to see reports on:

• Members Age
• Member Age Range
• Member Gender
• Membership Years

Break Down Your Revenue Per Module

Do you know which module creates the most revenue for your club?

Add the Module Revenue Breakdown widget to your site dashboard to see exactly what modules are working hard for you!

• select the chart type to display
• choose from reporting in a chart, a table or both
• select your report date range, or specify your own custom report period
• set your report to display gross or net revenue

Adding Reporting Widgets To Your Dashboard

You will find most of these widgets in your Membership Overview dashboard, with the exception of the Module Revenue Breakdown, which

can be found in the Site Dashboard area.

To add the widget, just click the Add Widget button to add them to the page, and then you can select the cog to configure them to your requirements.
