Customising Your Reporting Dashboards

As an administrator, when you first log in to your Member Jungle site, your dashboard will be the first thing you see. This is the central hub where all your data reporting widgets are displayed. Each of your dashboards, the Event, Membership, and Online Store dashboards, can be found in their corresponding modules.

You'll see an "Add Widget" button at the top of these pages, allowing you to pick and choose any widgets you want. Once a widget is added, you can customise its display and reorder it to suit your needs.

The main benefit of all this is that when you visit a dashboard, the first thing you'll see is the data you have selected and customised to be most important to you.

Most importantly, all of your admins can set up their own dashboards to show them the information that matters most..

Reporting within the Member Jungle Platform

Member Jungle also offers a range of reports designed to provide your organisation with in-depth, customisable insights into what is happening within your membership organisation. Each report has its own filters, allowing you to drill down into the relevant data for each subject. They allow you to easily generate reports on all the data that is important to you.

Once you've run a report, you can export it as a CSV file to make it easy to share with fellow admins or import it into accounting software for financial reports. If you run a report like the custom member report, you can also email all members who come up in your report results. This way, you can easily run a report, see which members are coming up for renewal and then email them all from the report.
