Video: Newcastle Harley Owners Group’s Experience Using Member Jungle

My name’s Dave and I’m the Membership Officer from Broadmeadow HOG Chapter. We use Member Jungle as our database for all our memberships. 

I was spending up to 25-26 hours a week under the paper system and now we're, you know, it's a couple of hours a month maybe. 

Yeah the time I’m saving doing all the paperwork, chasing up, now we spend it out riding, more riding and more time to with the grandkids, more time with the family and more time to ride. That's all about the club is to ride the bike and Member Jungle makes that much more easier and time to do it. 

Our membership base has grown, communication between members and the club is more easier. New members, they want to become members, so they just log on sign up and it's just an email that can sign up and be a member within 24 hours. 

The old way it took two to three weeks. It’s just been great for our club.
