Member Jungle Product Release: Late March 2025
The Member Jungle Development Team have gone for the double this month, so we are back with another March Product Release. So, while the Dev Team takes a well-deserved break, let’s dive straight into what’s new in this release.
Membership
New Signup and Renewal Process for Members
After listening to your feedback, we have improved the signup and renewal process for members. These changes will make it easier for your members to log in, renew their memberships and sign up to become a member.
These are optional settings that can be found in the General Membership Settings and work to:
- Make it easier to sign up or renew as a member
- Nicer display of levels and products available
- More steps are in place to stop members from creating duplicate accounts
- Product and Level search for large associations and clubs
- Simpler process to join additional membership levels
For more information on these changes, read How Member Jungle’s New Login & Renewal Process Works.
Additional Controls of App Viewer Role
Administrators can now completely control the demographic information that the “App Viewer Roles” can see about members on the app. Helping to make sure everyone’s information stays private and only people who need to see it can do so.
This is only Available in Premium and Ultimate Packages. Read App Viewer Permissions for more information.
Content Blocks & Page Design
Fixed Heights for Quicklinks
You can now easily control the height at which quicklinks are displayed on your website by using the “Standard Heights” setting. As shown below.
Here is an example of this in action.
Re-ordering in for Accordians, Quicklinks & Tabs
You can also now re-order items in accordions, quicklinks and tabs, by dragging and dropping the items into the correct position. You can easily move items up or down in the above content block types allowing for greater customisation of how your website looks and making it easier to add existing displays.
You can drag and move different items by clicking on the two horizontal lines next to the tile, as seen in the image below.
Other
We have rebuilt the dropdown administrator menu to help solve some problems. This menu allows transfers, viewing details and editing member data.
We have improved how product names are created, in order to solve some issues that empty spaces were causing in some reporting and importing.
We have fixed the section where you can choose how many events are displayed per page in the administration area.
Plus, there have been a few other smaller improvements to the blog, Powerdata reporting, and site map generation.
If you have any issues to report or want to learn more about the system, you can access our full support portal at https://support.memberjungle.com
