Membership Management Subscription: How To Pay For Member Jungle

You're seriously considering signing up to use Member Jungle to help out your club or association, and now you're wondering how exactly to organise paying for your subscription. Is it a credit card thing? A direct bank transfer? Or do you just tie a couple of bills to a raven and send it off into the night?

Unfortunately, as atheistically pleasing as it would be to receive all our payments by ravens (or Ra-Venmo), that's just not practical. So, let's discuss how to pay for your new Member Jungle subscription and set it up to match your preferences.

Choose How Often You Want to Pay For Your Membership Management Subscription

Before subscribing, you need to decide how often you want to pay for it. The two default choices are monthly or yearly. You can pay your subscription cost in equal monthly instalments or a lump sum once a year.

Now, you should note that if you choose to pay yearly, the monthly amount is discounted and the methods do vary depending on where you are in the world.

Membership Management Subscription: How To Pay For Member Jungle

Australian customers

For Australian customers, once you've chosen how often you will pay for your subscription, you need to select and set up your payment method. You can pay monthly subscriptions via credit card or direct bank transfer.

The Member Jungle system uses Stripe and eWay payment gateways. Through Stripe, Member Jungle can accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, China UnionPay, and JCB payments from customers worldwide. Through eWay we can accept Visa and Mastercard for Australian customers.

If you pay annually, we will send you an invoice one month before your payment is due.

If you pay monthly, we will set up a recurring payment from either the credit card through the payment gateway or your bank account, which will charge you your monthly subscription fee.

International Customers

For international customers, there are two options: credit card details will be required to pay your monthly subscription through the Stripe gateway, or you can pay an annual invoice through our international accounts that support multiple countries.

If your club is based overseas, we can set you up to pay your subscription annually via a debit or credit card through the Stripe gateway to avoid the prices of international bank transfer fees.

One Off Payments

When you first sign up for Member Jungle, you will need to pay any one-off upfront fees. These fees will include your one-off onboarding payment, and, depending on your setup options, they may also include Accelerator fees and Custom Data Import fees.

Essentially, these are the one-off costs associated with getting your club's new system up and running and customised to your exact preferences and needs. For a full list of possible upfront fees, depending on what you choose, please see Optional Setup Options

Once we receive these payments, your friendly project manager will get things underway.
