Member Jungle Product Release: Early March 2025

Summer has officially ended for us in the Southern Hemisphere, but it’s not all bad news, because there is a brand new product release from the Member Jungle Development Team.

So, let’s not waste any time and jump straight into what’s new at Member Jungle this month.   

Emails and Communication

Muted Emails

You can now search for members who have chosen to mute your organisation's emails, via the Advanced Member Search feature and the Custom Report feature. 

This means if some of your emails are coming up as “Non-Delivered” you can work out who has muted your emails so you can attempt to reach out to them by other means. 

Administrators can also change a member's setting for all four types of Emails that can be muted: 

• Marketing Email Campaigns
• Membership Emails
• Event Emails,
• Other Emails

This can be done from the Email tab of the Member Pop-up.  

NOTE: This has moved from being the main Pop-Up screen for a member where you could only control Marketing Emails. 

Membership

Auditing

We have added some extra auditing when a member renews or has membership expiry dates altered. The system will now show the new expiry date and the old expiry date in the audit record. 

Activity Report

We have added some more filters to the Activity Report, including filtering by individual members and several other new filters. 

Member Card QR and Barcodes

The Member Jungle digital membership card is displayed on the app and website. We now support more QR and Bar Code formats. If you are on the Standard Package or above, your members can add a version of their digital membership card to their Apple or Google Wallets.
