You do not need to provide any payment details, this isn’t one of those free trials where you have to give them your credit card and if you forget to cancel within 30 days you have to start paying for it. You can just test out the system without worrying about paying or getting tricked into something you don’t want. 

Once you sign up for the trial, you can access a fully functioning Member Jungle site and system. This provides you with a fantastic opportunity to explore its features fully and test each system to determine whether they meet the requirements of you and your club.

How To Sign Up To A Free Trial Of The Member Jungle System

Signing up for a free trial is super simple. The first step is to look up the top right corner of your screen. You should see a little green button that says “Start Free Trial”. If you click that, you will be taken to the page below.  

 

 

This is the only page you need to fill out to get access to your free trial, and you don’t even need to fill out everything on the page, though it’s better if you do. 

Required Information

The following is information that you are required to enter to sign up for a free trial at Member Jungle. 

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email/Username Login 
• Club, Association or Business Name
• Industry
• Country/Region
• Where did you hear about Member Jungle?

That is all of the required information you need to provide us for you to start your free 30-day trial. However, the more information you give us, the better, so let’s look at the optional information. 

Optional Information

The following information is optional, but the more you provide, the better we can customise your trial site to your needs. 

• Phone number
• Number of Members
• Current Website Address
• What package would you like to trial?*
• Would you like us to add your branding to your trial site?**

*Member Jungle has four available packages, each with different levels of functionality. You can choose to trial any of the four packages or simply test all functionality and then work backwards to which package is best for you once you’re already in your trial. 

**If you click yes to “add your branding to your trial site” and you tell us what your current website address is, when we set up your trial site, we will add the colour and branding from your existing site for you. Helping to make your trial site feel a bit more like home. 

Of course, all the information you provide in that form is only used to set up your trial site. Member Jungle will never sell or share your information with third parties. 

What Happens When You Fill Out The Trial Sign-Up Form?

Once you fill out the form and click start trial, we will begin to build your trial site for you. You will get access to your trial site on the next business day. We will also email you to let you know what your username and password are so you can log in to your new site. If you gave us your mobile number, you will get a text message to let you know that your site is ready and with instructions on how to download and test the Member Jungle mobile app. 

 

 

You will also receive a few emails throughout your free trial with resources and information on the best way to take advantage of your trial and how to test out all parts of the system. Someone from our sales team will be in touch to see if you need any help, but you can have as much or as little contact with us as you’d like over your trial.  

Honestly, that’s about it. If you decide that Member Jungle is right for you, just book a meeting with a sales team member and get the ball rolling. However, if you decide that you don’t like Member Jungle just let us know and we will leave you alone. There will be no attempts to try and get you back on the hook; you can opt-out whenever you want.
