When it comes to setting up your new Member Jungle system, the same division of labour applies. You have paid us to get your system up and running, but when you log into your new backend for the first time, you are greeted by a massive setup checklist and a rather intimidating 0% progress bar. 

It is very easy to look at that list, panic, and assume you have to do it all yourself. Take a breath. That setup checklist is a shared roadmap, not a solo homework assignment. You provide us with a few key details, we do the heavy lifting, and you are up and running before you know it.

The Short Version

Here is the golden rule for how the Accelerator package works: we build the house, and you bring the furniture.

• We handle the technical structure: We build the page layouts, configure the membership levels, upload your initial articles and events, and design the mobile app.
• You handle the club's flavour: You connect your secure payment gateway, supply your club's policies, upload your photos, and tweak the automated emails so they sound like your actual committee.

Member Jungle Set Up Check List

Trial Setup

• We Do: N/A

Membership Setup

• We Do: We set up your membership levels, handling pricing, duration, and structure. Plus, we’ll create your membership forms so you can easily gather the info you need from members.
• You Do: Review the automated emails the system sends out for new sign-ups and membership renewals to ensure they sound like your unique organisation rather than a generic robot.

Build Website

• We Do: We build and format your core website and your webpages. The number of pages we make for you depends on your package, but it is at least 10. We make sure the layout looks professional and functions properly.
• You Do: Nothing. You don’t need to do anything, but it’s worth reading about how to use widgets and edit pages, in case you ever need to add or update pages in the future.

Site Settings

• We Do: We will upload and format your privacy policy and terms and conditions once they have been supplied to us.
• You Do: This one is on you; you need to add your organisation’s details, including tax and compliance details, and add administrators and set their permissions. You also need to provide your privacy policy and Terms and Conditions, which we will upload.

Set Up Payments

• We Do: We provide morale support and help with payment settings, but are unable to touch your banking details for security reasons. 
• You Do: For strict security and privacy reasons, you must configure your own payment gateways. We cannot and will not touch your organisation’s banking details.

Build Modules

• We Do: We upload and format your news articles, upcoming events, document library, and blog posts up to your setup package limit (10, 20, or 30 items). You hand us the files and the text, and we make them look good on the page.
• You Do: Upload your own photos to the photo gallery and add any merchandise or physical products to your online store.

Mobile App

• We Do: We handle the initial app design within the "Customise the mobile app" section so it perfectly matches your club's branding and colours.

Launch Your Website

• We Do: We get your site live once you have completed all the pre-launch checklist items.
• You Do: Complete your final pre-launch checks by adding in your site’s SEO information to the content management area, and getting your domain and DNS details sorted. Once ready, simply raise a ticket with our Support Team so we can flip the switch and get you on the air. Finally, email your members to let them know the new system is ready.
